“Fix it (my internet connection) now, or else we’ll be seeing you in court!” – Marcos Miranda said to Globelines Customer Service Representative, SM Megamall, December 2, 2008, 1:30PM

Everyone has been telling me, “Globelines sucks!”

A third party said, “Globelines are good for only a year; after that, their service is lousy.”

Another third party (a Destiny cable customer) said, “I heard too many bad things about Globelines.”

It is now Day #4 and my Globelines Broadband Internet connection remains down. Yesterday, I gave the first, direct threat of a lawsuit against Globelines, emphasizing “Breach of Contract” and “Poor Business Ethics.”

As of early this morning, the following operations are now eminent:

  • Class Action Lawsuit against Innove’s Globelines
  • Hostile Takeover of Globelines from Innove

First, I’ll discuss the possibility of me, filing a class action lawsuit against Innove’s Globelines. When I say, “class action,” I’m saying I’m not the only person that will be suing Globelines. At the initiation of the litigation, I will propose a court order for Globelines to release their subscriber list, both, current and past subscribers. All subscribers that has a dispute against Globelines will be asked to sign the petition under the litigation. All disputes will be documented and presented to the class-action attorney. As for me, owner of MirandaSoft, I will perform investigations with Globelines customers that has disputes. This is the evidence gathering process, which is needed for a class-action suit against Globelines.

And second, is the possible Hostile Takeover of Globelines from Innove. Wow! People will be asking me if I’m serious about that. My directives, in the event I take control of Globelines, will be to increase profits and reduce losses, strictly by improving customer relations and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have the plan! Globelines already has a bad reputation, and if I take it over, the change in management will benefit the corporation, itself.

Since yesterday afternoon, when I presented the threat of a lawsuit against Globelines, there has been no calls from Globelines managers nor Globelines officers. I’m waiting for a call, however, I’m already planning on going to Philippine Supreme Court and file a lawsuit against them. They have to call me! They need to know what’s headed their way!

If a Globelines corporate officer contacts me, then I will directly advise of an eminent litigation against their corporation. I won’t close the door on them… Not yet. I will give them an alternative, which is my proposal for them to employ me into their corporation, with the primary function to improve customer service relations. If any, or all of my proposals are rejected, then a litigation against Globelines is in order. Regardless, in order for Globelines to hear of my proposal, prior to the filing of a litigation, Globelines will have to pay my round-trip transportation, to and from, their office(s), for executive meetings, which would probably include the board of directors.

As I mentioned to my wife, I’m not expecting any immediate contact from Globelines officers, so I’m forecasting an actual class-action lawsuit against their corporation. Any retaliation from Globelines will have a negative effect on their corporation. I’m only exposing the truth about their corporation; the truth they don’t won’t Philippine citizens to know about.

For everyone to know, I’m not threatening a lawsuit against Globelines to give pride to MirandaSoft or to the Miranda family. There are too many unhappy customers of Globelines, and Globelines makes no actions to repair problems at hand. Globelines idea is to lock customers into a contract, failing to see that their contracts are two-way, resulting in breaching their own contracts, and then, forcing customers to pay for their damages.

All lawyers/attorneys that would be interested in the projected litigations against Globelines are asked to make note of MirandaSoft’s telephone numbers for future references. MirandaSoft is not accepting lawyer/attorney calls at this time.
