After lots of complaining to Globelines customer service and threats of a lawsuit against Globelines, a human employee from Globe Telecom arrived late in the morning to replace the defective ADSL modem. It took a week for Globelines to send someone to replace the modem. I had determined the modem is defective as of November 30, 2008.

The Globe Telecom technician that came has been employed by Globe Telecom for 11 years. He said that he has been working with the internet services of Globe since 2005.

Well, the internet has been restored, now the next problem to deal with is the billing. Still awaiting credit for September 2008 (loss of landline) and for last week (7 days of no internet).
